I recently took a cocktail class at the Copenhagen Cocktail Academy and it was a fantastic experience. The instructors were professional and made the class engaging and informative. I learned a lot about different cocktail recipes and techniques, and had the opportunity to make and taste some delicious cocktails. I highly recommend this academy if you're interested in mixology!
