Jeff understands how to get a deal done. That's not always the case in the deal world. He can be firm when needed but is also mentally flexible enough to find ways to come to a mutually beneficial agreement.

He was extremely helpful in providing advice and guidance related to the process as well as cranking out the appropriate documents. Jeff did all of this for a business acquisition that was 2 time zones away from him, in a state that he had never worked in before.
