There are much better garages right around the corner. Stay away from this one! There have been two occasions where my ticket wouldn't print out. I went into the main office which is located within this garage, and the staff was incredibly rude, even going as far as calling me a liar. I had to pay a full day of parking rather than just the one hour. Whenever I come downtown, I am sure to stay away from this garage. I don't want to have to deal with the useless, incompetent staff or their faulty machinery. Also - their staff just loiters around the first floor smoking. So unpleasant.
