As a long-time customer of Airbus / secure land communications, I can say that their products and services are of average quality. While their equipment is generally reliable, I have experienced a few issues in the past. The customer support team is helpful, but they could be more responsive. Overall, I am satisfied with my experience, but I believe there is room for improvement.
