Played here recently as part of a golf road trip with a friend. This is his membership and he managed to get me on at no cost. So value for money was awesome for me.
We had an afternoon tee time and for a Sunday it wasn't very slow until we hit the back 9 which is understandable. I'm glad I was there with a member as a couple of the holes were a little difficult to figure out which way I should go. Always good to have local knowledge.
Greens could be better as some had some dead spots and they were a little slow for my liking. The course can be a target course and I can see how playing there often might become tedious. The staff was friendly and there was an excellent setup to keep from crowding the first tee.
One hole in particular needs to be realigned as the green faces the wrong way for it's intended play. Apparently the hole has seen a redesign and you now come into the green from what used to be the right side of the green. Makes the approach shot very odd.
If you are in the area go by and play 18 but I wouldn't go out of my way to play there but the actual cost is affordable given near-by options.
