🌟 I had the privilege of attending a Vets Journey Home retreat, and it was an incredibly impactful experience. The facilitators were warm and welcoming, and they created a space where we could open up and share our experiences without fear of judgment. The techniques they taught us were powerful and provided a path towards healing. I left the retreat feeling lighter and more connected to myself and my fellow veterans.
