I recently purchased some products from a biologics company and I must say I have mixed feelings about my experience. On one hand, the products arrived on time and were well-packaged. On the other hand, I found the website difficult to navigate and the ordering process was confusing. The quality of the products was average, nothing remarkable. Overall, I think there is room for improvement in terms of user experience and product quality.
