I rented a basic storage unit a while back with these guys, and they were very professional and patient as they went over the specifics of our agreement, time line, etc. It was during a local influx of students, and I was so stressed out and in a crunch, needing a storage unit as I was in the middle of moving. I practically called all the storage places in town, and these guys helped me out in a pinch. I feel like it is secure, as they make sure to provide locks and keys, and they have cameras set up, and they make sure to outline what is being stored.
