I had a mixed experience with Xplosion management. While some aspects of their service were satisfactory, I found their communication to be lacking. The team took a while to respond to my queries and often provided incomplete information. However, the management team was friendly and tried their best to resolve any issues. Overall, I would rate my experience as average.
