I had a mostly satisfactory experience with Shield Protection. Their website is user-friendly and easy to navigate, which made it convenient for me to find the information I needed. The customer service team was polite and helpful when I contacted them with questions. However, I did have a minor issue with the coverage of my policy that took a little longer than expected to resolve. Overall, I would rate my experience with Shield Protection as average.
