I had a mixed experience with Ragamaya. While the location and views were absolutely stunning, I found the service to be below average. The staff seemed indifferent and not attentive to guests' needs. The room was clean and comfortable, but there were some maintenance issues that needed to be addressed. Overall, it was an okay stay but I expected more from a luxury resort.
