I have been a customer of Alva group (pty) ltd for a while now and I must say their services are average. The website alvagroup.co.za has a user-friendly interface but their customer support needs improvement. I contacted them regarding a query and it took them quite some time to respond. Overall, my experience has been okay, nothing extraordinary.
