I have had a mixed experience with National Hose Testing SPC. While their testing services were satisfactory, I found their customer service to be lacking. There were delays in getting a response to my queries, and I had to follow up multiple times to get the information I needed. Overall, I think they can improve their communication and responsiveness to enhance the overall customer experience.
