I booked a premium corner suite. I was not given that room. Instead I was given a plain room on the 2nd floor. When I went back to the front desk, she said they were full and couldn t give me the room that I had paid for and was confirmed prior to my arriving. Only after I asked did she try to discount the rate for the room they actually gave me.

Upon walking into the sleeping room, I was greeted by a pile of chips that had been found into the carpet and a bright red stain by the nightstand. After another trip to the front desk to alert them of a filthy room, I was told they are full and couldn t switch my room. I asked if they could possibly come up and actually clean it prior to me sleeping in it. She said they were too busy to get that done.

I expected more out of a $400 room. I did not receive the room or service that I thought I paid for. I travel frequently for business and won t be staying here again.
