The experience I had with Tech 1 computers was average. The customer service was fine, but the overall quality of their products needs improvement. I expected better performance from my purchased device. The staff was friendly and helpful, but I felt like they could have been more knowledgeable about their products. I appreciate their effort, but I am not completely satisfied with my purchase.
