- First Impression
Very clean, well laid out lot. Seemed to have plenty of the model I was looking for (2019 Frontier SV, Crew Cab). Gabby was my saleslady - easy to work with and very friendly. From the other staff I did meet, they were friendly and not pushy. I felt like they understood what I was there for and they allowed me to make up my mind. Very quick response time to email inquiries and requests (especially with regard to the COVID-19 situation).

- The Deal
Having made a cash deal, negotiations with financing were minimal. We discussed warranty options for maybe 5 or 10 minutes and as soon as they realized I was happy with the already existing warranty, they immediately backed off and we closed the deal.

- The Truck
No complaints at all regarding the vehicle. I test drove 6 between this dealership and two others. I made up my mind on the truck long before purchase day. Being that I was buying used though, I wanted to ensure that the one I picked had the least amount of torture put on it. Gabbi allowed me to take my time test driving two identical trucks and another test drive with a mechanic friend on the day of purchase. After all said and done - I found my truck here at Kelly's.

- Overall
Nice stock, friendly (non-pushey) staff, worked well especially under current pandemic and allowed me to take several long test drives. The deal was quick and efficient and I would definitely recommend to others and may even come back again myself for another vehicle in the future.

However, next time - I want those all-season floor mats ;)
