I have had the unfortunate experience of dealing with Bad Idea Factory and it was nothing short of a nightmare. Their website is poorly designed and difficult to navigate. The customer service was unhelpful and seemed to have no knowledge of their own products. Overall, I would not recommend this company to anyone.
