I had a frustrating experience. Initially, I was hopeful about using their services, but communication was extremely lacking. After submitting my press release, I encountered long delays and no updates. Attempts to reach out for assistance were met with silence. Ultimately, I felt unsupported and misled. It’s concerning when a company doesn’t follow through as promised. Would not recommend.
