Coastal Bank & Trust is an average company. I have been a customer for a few years now and overall, my experience has been satisfactory. The customer service is decent and the online banking platform is easy to navigate. However, I have encountered a few issues with delayed transactions. The rates offered by the bank are also not the most competitive. In my opinion, there is room for improvement in terms of service quality and interest rates.
