ATIA's assistive technology products have been quite helpful for my needs. The user interface is intuitive, and the overall functionality is impressive. However, I have occasionally faced delays in receiving support from their customer support team. While they eventually resolved my issues, I believe there is room for improvement in this area. Overall, I would rate ATIA as an average company in the assistive technology industry.
