I've had a mixed experience with Oq2 ocudos. While their website is easy to navigate, I faced some issues with their customer service. It took them a while to respond to my inquiries and the resolution of my problem was not satisfactory. However, the product itself was of good quality. There is room for improvement in their customer support.
