I engaged Nekol Designs for my company's website redesign, and while their work was decent, I expected a bit more creativity. The designs provided were visually appealing, but they lacked that 'wow' factor that I was hoping for. However, their professionalism and promptness in delivering the design concepts were commendable. Overall, it was a satisfactory experience, but I believe there is room for improvement in terms of innovation.
