I had the opportunity to taste the wines from Aperture Cellars and I have to say, they are truly outstanding. The depth of flavors and the complexity of the wines are unparalleled. I particularly enjoyed the Chardonnay and Pinot Noir. The staff at the winery was also very friendly and knowledgeable. Overall, a great experience!
