Juan is an awesome broker. He had helped my wife and I buy our first home as well as our following investment property 2 years later. It is insane how many questions you have during this time. The fear of putting yourself into the largest debt of your life, the uncertainty of the overall process, the thought of unexpected additional costs, whether or not the property even worth the value are a few that spring to mind.

We called Juan for literally everything and on more than one occasion we felt were so overwhelmingly annoying as most of the stuff was not even related to his role. Yet time and time again he was so happy to address our questions and concerns.

Moving on to now (3 years later) we are still receiving calls every 6-12 months from Juan offering us more competitive interest rates...

This guy is an absolute legend. I recommend him to everyone and personally will continue to use him in the future.
