As a customer of Concord hospitality, inc, I must say that my experience with them has been average. The service provided by the company was satisfactory, but there is definitely room for improvement. While the staff was friendly and helpful, I felt that the overall service lacked attention to detail. The rooms were clean, but some amenities were not up to par. In terms of value for money, I would say it was decent. Overall, an average experience.
