Boutique fashion store on 1st St in downtown Napa. Walked in and barely received a hello. I looked around for a minute or two and saw a bunch of overpriced items, however the most off putting was the lack of customer service. The only person working the store never asked if I needed assistance finding anything and didn't say goodbye when I left - nearly zero communication. Having worked in retail and the customer service industry for a long time, I expected a bit more from a customer service perspective and I may have bought something. I went a block away and spent $80 on 2 sweaters since they did a better job of making me feel welcomed. Always greet and welcome your customers because you never know who will be spending money and customer service goes a long way.
