I had an average experience with Norca air conditioning & refrigeration, corp. when they serviced my heat pump. The technicians were knowledgeable and completed the work adequately, but nothing exceptional. The pricing was fair, but I expected a bit more attention to detail. Overall, it was a satisfactory service.
