I recently purchased from MUGECO and had a not-so-great experience. The website was easy to use, but the quality of the product I received was disappointing. I had to contact the customer service team to address the issue, and while they were responsive, it took some time to resolve. I hope they improve their quality control to provide a better customer experience.
