I have used this company for several audio/video installations in the past and have had mixed experiences. While the quality of their work is good, I have found their customer service to be lacking at times. There have been instances where it was difficult to get a response from them or there were delays in scheduling appointments. However, when they did complete the installations, they were done well. Overall, my experience with DREAMEDIA AUDIO/VIDEO has been average.
