First time here and just a tad disappointed. Our wait time was exceptionally long as there was a mix up at front desk. No big deal, they got us seated once mistake was realized. Server Chris was wonderful. They were very busy but once food arrived it was luke warm. Medium-well burger..... wasn't cooked to order, both burger and fries were barely warm. Would have sent back but we waited so long to begin with I just kind of gave up. Friend had the Buffalo Mac n Cheese and he said it was awesome. Other friend enjoyed her meal so I am looking forward to giving NYBP another shot.
