Let me start by saying, PK Sushi use to be really good, but today was SO bad. We got three rolls, the rice was hard, the fish wasn't fresh, and the ginger wasn't fresh and was warm. I kind of knew it when I walked in to pick up our order and the restaurant smelled very bad (too fishy, because fish isn't fresh). I spent 10 1/2 years in Japan, and my wife is Japanese, so I think I know what it should be like. Just beware, this was probably one of the worst orders of rolls I've ever had.
