I had an average experience with Lyophilise & co. Their website lyophilise.fr is user-friendly and easy to navigate. However, I was not impressed with their customer service. I had to wait a long time for a response to my inquiry, and when I did receive a reply, it was not very helpful. Overall, their products are good quality, but they could definitely improve their customer service.
