I recently visited the clinic for arthritis and osteoporosis treatment, and overall, I had an average experience. The website was easy to navigate and provided helpful information about the services offered. The staff was friendly and professional, and the waiting time was reasonable. However, I was expecting a more personalized approach during my consultation. The doctor seemed knowledgeable, but I felt rushed and didn't have enough time to ask questions or fully discuss my concerns. The treatment itself was effective, although the follow-up process could have been better. The clinic could benefit from improving communication with patients and providing more detailed instructions for post-treatment care. While I appreciate the convenience and expertise of the clinic, there is room for improvement in terms of patient-doctor interaction and aftercare support.
