I have been banking with this credit union for a long time, and I am very happy with their services. They provide great customer service, and their rates are competitive. However, their online banking platform could use some improvement. It can be a bit slow and not as user-friendly as I would like. Overall, though, I am satisfied with Hawaiiusa federal credit union.
