I'm somewhat disappointed with the watch I bought from oliviaburton.com. The design is nice, but the quality is lacking. It feels a bit cheap and not as durable as I expected. The customer service was okay, nothing exceptional. I wouldn't say it's a terrible watch, but I definitely expected more.
