I have been using Capsule CRM for my business for a while now and I can't imagine running my business without it. The software is incredibly powerful and flexible. It helps me keep track of my customer interactions and manage my sales pipeline. The only improvement I would suggest is to add more customizable reporting options. Other than that, it's perfect.
