I had a mixed experience with Pegasus gmbh. On the one hand, their products are of good quality and reasonably priced. On the other hand, their customer service needs improvement. It took a while for them to respond to my query, and when they did, the solution provided was not satisfactory. I hope they work on improving their customer support.
