Namastay yoga & retreats provides excellent yoga retreats. The instructors are highly skilled and create a supportive environment. I attended their retreat in Thailand and it was a beautiful experience. The daily yoga sessions were rejuvenating and the location was perfect for relaxation. I can't wait to join another retreat with them!
