I recently ordered flowers from an online florist and I was extremely disappointed. The flowers were not as fresh as I expected and the arrangement was poor. The bouquet looked nothing like the picture on the website. The customer service was also lacking. They were unresponsive to my inquiries and did not offer any resolution. I would not recommend this florist.
