I recently used the services of this design company for my website project. Although the initial interactions and brainstorming sessions were promising, the actual execution left much to be desired. The design team seemed to lack a cohesive vision, and the final product didn't quite reflect the ideas we had discussed. Despite this, the communication throughout the process was professional, and they were receptive to feedback. However, I believe there is room for improvement in terms of delivering on the agreed-upon vision. Overall, I would say that the experience was average, and there are aspects that can be refined to better meet clients' expectations.
