The mailroom service provided by Stielow is average. I have been using their services for quite some time now and I have been receiving my packages on time. However, there have been a couple of instances where my packages were delivered to the wrong address, which is quite inconvenient. Overall, the service is okay, but there is definitely room for improvement.
