After using the services of Omnisystems network solutions for a couple of years, I can say they are an average company. Their customer service is satisfactory, but their response times could be improved. The technicians are knowledgeable, but there have been a few instances where they couldn't fix the issue on the first attempt. Overall, I would rate them as an average company.
