Outrageous how you work aggressively, only claim the money, do not look at the file. Just someone on the line who did not know what it was about and aggressively threatened with a bailiff. I have no problem with paying an invoice as long as it is justified, which is not the case. Intrum does not care about that, only the financial / commission counts.
