Nova express encomendas is an average company. Their delivery service is decent, but nothing special. I have used their services a few times and have never had any major issues. The drivers are usually friendly and the packages arrive in a reasonable amount of time. However, there have been a couple of occasions where my package was delayed or arrived damaged. Overall, I would say that Nova express encomendas is an okay option for shipping packages, but there are probably better companies out there.
