I had two vehicles which needed attention and the first loaner vehicle was available nearly 4 weeks out, so I opted to go with the "valet" option. Well, the first car did not get picked up until 1-1.5 hours after the scheduled pick up time, with zero updates. I was waiting around and had to alter my schedule, so this was very frustrating. The second car to be picked up was past the scheduled time as well, so I called Audi and they did not even have it in their system (even though an automated email from Audi had been sent to me to confirm the time)...very odd....needless to say, it had to be rescheduled. Well, it was supposed to be same day service (or at the very least, let me know if that wasn't going to be the case....well, nobody called me and it did NOT come back the same day)......Another thing-every time I tried calling Audi, it rang at least 15-20 times before someone would even answer...very odd! Needless to say, I am less than impressed with my experience. Having said that, anyone I dealt with was nice enough....but just a real let down from a client service perspective.
