Had a great time here for my nephews birthday. The 2 girls who attended us in the birthday room, Elena & Nada ?, were awesome & really interacted with the children. He had a Gloparty & the decorations were awesome! There was another employee, Destiny, who was incredibly helpful & was gracious & friendly under pressure. She must've checked our playcards 100 times & patiently explained what remained on them to each of us & also helped the kids pick out prizes. But she did it with a SMILE & a good attitude even thogh there were a dozen kids pushing up on that counter. Just great customer service.
