I don't know if it was just bad luck on my behalf, but my psychiatrist and my psychologist were both terrible. I had side effects when my psychiatrist upped my medicine and my mom asked the woman what to do, and the woman asked her what she thought she should do. My mom isn't a psychiatrist. Not even a doctor. She's good at healing an empty stomach though cause her cooking is great.
