I have to addmit that the fee itself is justified.
They send me a letter with a deadline for the cheaper rate. However the letter arrived after the deadline!. I paid immedetaly and their website still accepted the lower rate. That was end Dec 2020.
Now I got another letter for exactly the same issue with the same pictures attached but a different reference number. Very annoying. The story continues ..
