Arrogance was the main characteristic of the owner of the park. This reflects well on the attitude of the employees. Bit available and not at all friendly. They prohibited us from eating an orange inside the park, forcing a person to be from 10 to 14 without eating since they did not offer any alternative option (the person was pregnant and was celiac). In addition to this bad episode they were inflexible with the rules of the game without offering any alternative. Already to finish the owner decided to interrupt our lunch hoping that the members of the group paid some missing values. He had no problem interrupting lunch and much less apologized for it. Of note that everything had been paid in advance and the missing values were about 6 euros for two or three elements. Or whatever, nothing to justify an interruption. A few years ago we did not play here since there are other cheaper deals with much more accessible staff. The park at the moment is made by the owner and trainees who put up with the deal but who unfortunately are the mirror of the owner's arrogant attitude. To finish I want to mention that the conditions of the spas are good but there was no hot water and the shower comes out the beads. In summary, a disappointment. Worth the fun morning spent in a group and we strive to ignore the park's bad experience.
