I just come back from a trip to this "agency". Already at the airport I had to call them and ask them if they really are a travel agency. They had confused the reservation, and if there was no airline representative, we would not even go. Permanent delays, nasty hotels with nasty snacks. They gathered us with a bus trip, which shortened our stay in the last town.
I do not recommend.
I will even actively deny any one of my acquaintances who said he would travel somewhere, not to travel with this company.
